Leslie Kratz was an integral member of the five person team who created the national, science museum exhibit and interactive, educational Web site , “Mysteries of Catalhoyuk”. The Web site explores the ancient mysteries of Catalhoyuk, an archaeological site in Turkey.
The Web site explores the ancient mysteries of Catalhoyuk, an archaeological site in Turkey. People of all ages can explore several mysteries the international team of archaeologists are trying to unravel and solve. Many researchers believe that Catalhoyuk, which dates to the Neolithic period, could have been the world’s first city. This Web site was given the New Scientist’s highest rating. The Web site allow visitors to explore: puzzling artifacts that have been found at the site and explore the interpretations of these artifacts that have been developed by the international team of archaeologists working at the site in Turkey. Web visitors have the opportunity to offer their own interpretations and they can participate in games and investigate virtual exhibit animations, slide shows and video documentary stories that provide engaging perspectives about what might have taken place at one of the world’s first cities.

Leslie also directed the documentary team working in Turkey that produced all the video assets for the Web site and the national, science museum exhibit.
